I decided to sign up for personal training with Carolyn 18 months ago and it was one of the most important decisions I ever made. Her abundant enthusiasm for diet, health and fitness was apparent from day one and this lead to an immediate increase in my own positivity and motivation in these areas from the very start.
With an exciting and ever-changing variety of techniques, including dietary advice and all round encouragement, Carolyn boosted my confidence and ability in using the equipment the gym has to offer.
She reassures you while pushing you to your limits.
Within a short period of time, compliments from friends, family and work colleagues on the new streamline me gave further reassurance that Carolyn’s techniques were effective but, more importantly, she helped me maintain my commitment to improved diet and training. Where previously I would slip into bad habits, Carolyn helped me sustain beneficial dietary and training habits.
The most surprising and pleasing result of Carolyn’s personal training has been increased enjoyment and motivation in day to day activities: my professional duties used to leave me with low energy levels at the end of the working day but not only has my productivity at work increased, I find that I have more energy to enjoy family life and other hobbies too. With better quality sleep ( and I need it with a new baby at home!), lower stress levels and increased energy, my quality and enjoyment of life has been enhanced greatly.
