Carolyn has been my Personal Trainer for around 4 months. Prior to this I had been considering personal training for some time and observed various personal trainers in the gym. Carolyn presented as being very focused on her client, she appeared to be forward thinking and knowledgeable of her training methods and she pushed her clients hard during each session, all of these attributes was exactly what I needed in a personal trainer.
I do a great deal of running and Carolyn picked up that I was not doing enough strength training in my lower body. At that time I did not see the need for it, however I am glad that I took her advice and my fitness level has improved greatly, my legs are stronger, more flexible and my running is faster than it has ever been and I have remained injury free. Although I have a bit to go yet my body is looking more toned, my body fat percentage is significantly lower.
I have lost 39lbs and dropped 3 clothes sizes,
I feel great, look fitter and I am very motivated to maintain all the hard work that I have put in and have the greatest admiration for the time and effort that Carolyn has given to me.
Carolyn is very professional, reliable and enthusiastic and spends a great deal of time outside of our sessions researching and working on varying the content of our workouts to make them more interesting and fun. Carolyn is also very knowledgeable in the area of diet and nutrition and has given advice regarding this.
She does work me hard and during our sessions her focus is on me, it is amazing how much training can be covered in 30 minutes and the calorie burn is phenomenal. I feel great at the end of each session.
I made the right choice in selecting Carolyn as my personal trainer and would strongly recommend her to others.
